Counter-terrorism operation in Makhachkala

A counter-terrorism operation is taking place in Kyahulay village on the outskirts of Makhachkala. Two militants were surrounded in a building by security officials on Monday night, a spokesman for the National Anti-Terrorism Committee told RIA Novosti.
