Employers come to the unemployed

Unemployment is one of the main problems of the Caucasus region. Currently the North Caucasus Federal District is facing the possibility of labor migration to other regions of Russia. This topic has been discussed at a recent meeting in Pyatigorsk devoted to the labor market situation. Last year in the North Caucasus Federal District the Interregional Resource Centre was established. The Centre gets in contact with employers and unemployed people who would like to work in other regions of Russia.

One significant aspect is the re-training of people migrating to other regions. Ingushetia has positive experience in this sphere. They are implementing the program on decreasing tension in the labor market of Ingushetia. On April 28 Nazran will host the Free Work Places Fair. The key point is individual treatment of each unemployed person.
