Four Turkish troops killed in Syria shelling

Four Turkish military servicemen have been killed and nine others wounded by shelling in Syria’s idlib province, the Turkish Ministry of National Defense said in a statement.

According to Turkey’s NTV television, Turkish troops were shelled by the Syrian army near the inhabited community of Saraqib.

Turkish forces retaliated immediately, destroying targets in the Idlib region, the ministry said, without elaborating on how its military struck back.
