"Moment of truth": Putin and Lukashenko to hold talks

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko will hold talks on February 7.

"Most likely we will meet with president Putin on February 7," Lukashenko told reporters.

 "A certain moment of truth has come. We were the initiators of these relations, should we break them,"   BelTA cited the Belarusian head of state.
