Sergey Lavrov meets with Mevlut Cavusoglu

The heads of the foreign affairs agencies of Russia and Turkey, Sergey Lavrov and Mevlut Cavusoglu, are holding a bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, TASS reports.

The foreign ministers of the two countries are expected to discuss the situation in the Idlib region of Syria.
