Investment in North Caucasian Federal District rises by 30%

The governor of Stavropol Territory, Valery Gayevsky, said today that investment in his region and the North Caucasus has increased by 30%, Interfax reports.

Gayevsky pointed out that some investments dropped in value, especially in housing, where underperformance has doubled in the first quarter 2010.
