Mehr: Iran's ex-ambassador to Syria dies of coronavirus

Iran's former ambassador to Syria Hossein Sheikholeslam has died of the novel coronavirus, Mehr agency reported.

Sheikholeslam, who passed away yesterday after days of infection, was a member of the 7th Parliament of Iran, he was also Assistant to the parliament Speaker Ali Larijani for International Affairs.
