Iran and Egypt to cooperate in tourism

Iran and Egypt broke off ties in 1979, when Egypt and Israel signed a peace treaty. Cairo provided asylum for Iranian Shah Muammed Rza Pahlavi. They started restoring ties after the resignation of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.
