Iranian navy in Caspian Sea acquires new commercial vessel

A commercial vessel Daryadel 1 became the property of the Iranian fleet and was stationed in the Anzali port of Gilan province, Iran News reports.

Aziz Alai, the chairman of the Board of Directors of a private shipping company,  which had acquired the vessel, at said that the ship was bought from Russia for about 1,8 million dollars. The multi-purpose vessel has a displacement of 2.8 thousand tons, is 90 m long, 13 m wide and 4,5 deep.
