Two Chechen municipalities could participate in housing and communal services reform
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaGrozny and one other municipality of Chechnya could join the program of the Housing Fund Reform on resettlement of emergency areas, due to a quota of 55 million rubles, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the first deputy general director of the state corporation, Vladimir Talalykina.
The Housing Fund was established in 2007. It is aimed at implementing the program of renovating apartments and emergency housing in the regions of Russia. The regions must meet the requirements to reform the housing sector in order to participate in the program. The program operates in 81 of Russia's 83 regions, with the exception of Moscow and Chechnya.
