Russian Cabinet of Ministers buys Rosneft’s Venezuelan assets

Rosneft ceased operations in Venezuela and began to sell assets related to this country.

As a result of the sale, the company will receive a package of own shares in the amount of 9.6%.

At the same time, a company owned by the Russian government buys assets in Venezuela.

Information on the purchase of Rosneft's assets in Venezuela was confirmed by the Russian Cabinet, RIA Novosti reports.
