ECO states in Tehran to discuss measures to fight corruption

Meeting of the leaders of the anti-corruption organs of the countries-members of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) will be held on May 20 in Tehran, told Trend the spokesman of the Iranian Embassy in Kazakhstan Hussein Amidi.

According to Amidi, Iranian Ambassador to Kazakhstan Gurban Seyfi on Friday met with the head of the Agency for Combating Economic and Corruption Crimes Kairat Kozhamzharov.  At the meeting the Ambassador spoke about the importance of fighting corruption and the role of the General Directorate of inspection of Iran in the fight against corruption in the country.
