Sellers of fake Borzhomi caught in Moscow

The Russian sanitary service has arrested sellers of fake Borzhomi mineral water at the Dorogomilovsky and Cheremushkinsky markets, Russian chief sanitary inspector Gennady Onishenko said, Interfax reports.

Russia has a ban on Georgian mineral water and wines due to their quality.

The salesmen were fined.

The fake Borzhomi originated in Belarus and Azerbaijan. The market administrator was given an admonition, the commercial director was fired. The fake bottles have the trademark "Classic Wines".
