Ilham Aliyev publishes video on Heydar Aliyev’s birthday

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev posted a video on his Facebook page today dedicated to the 97th anniversary of the birth of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

In the video next to the inked portrait of Heydar Aliyev, the signature of the national leader flows into the contours of the Republic of Azerbaijan, from which his signature again appears.
