President of Azerbaijan appoints new heads of districts

Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree,  appointment new heads of districts, says the official website of the President.

Adil Majnun oglu Mammadov   became the head of Gobustan district. Mahir Haji oglu Guliyev appointed the head of Bilasuvar district.

The president also signed a decree on the appointment of Taleh Azay oglu Garashov the head of Astara district.

Ismail Maharram oglu Veliyev was appointed the head of Neftchala district.
