Diesel-fuel ‘garage’ lab exposed in Kazakhstan

An underground artisan diesel production company was liquidated in the Pavlodar region, the press service of the Financial Monitoring Committee of the Kazakh Ministry of Finance informs.

Specialists of the Department of Economic Investigations at first revealed the fact of illegal sale of petroleum products without permits.

During the investigation, it turned out that a resident of the village set up a laboratory in his own garage, where, mixing various ingredients (heating oil and other oil-containing products), he produced low-quality diesel fuel, and then sold it at 150 tenges per liter, Sputnik Kazakhstan reports.
