Building provided for North Caucasus envoy in Pyatigorsk

The Pyatigorsk Duma has provided rooms in the city center for the
Russian presidential envoy in the North Caucasus Federal District.
Interfax said the order was given by Stavropol Governor Valery
Gayevsky, and approved unanimously by the city Duma.
