Three militants surrounded in Dagestan

Three militants have been surrounded in a private house in Dagestan’s Kizlyar District, the police are carrying a special operation to eliminate them, spokesman for the National Counter-Terrorism Committee Nikolai Sintsov told RIA Novosti.

The group of three militants was surrounded in the village of Shaumyan at 14:20 local time.
