Khloponin wants emphasis put on labor resources

Russian plenipotentiary envoy to the North Caucasian Federal District, Alexander Khloponin, called for proper use of the labor resources in the region and development of its own workforce, rather than inviting migrants from abroad, Interfax reports.

The issue was discussed at a forum entitled “Caucasian Spa. Investments in People”, held in Kislovodsk.

Khloponin proposed training the specialists needed and establishing training centers for them. The country has enough economists and lawyers, it needs technicians with full confidence of employment.
