Dagestan conducts special operation to neutralize militants

A counter-terrorist operation regime was introduced today in the village of Shaumian in the Kizlyar district, where suspected militants are surrounded in a private house. According to the National Counter-Terrorism Committee, the counter-terrorism operation regime was introduced at 14.20 local time. The aim of the special operation is to neutralize the gang of up to three people, ITAR-TASS reports.

This was the third clash with militants in Dagestan in the last 24 hours.
