Victor Maigurov headed Russian Biathlon Union

The president of the Russian Biathlon Union (RBU) became three-time world champion, Olympic champion Viktor Maigurov.

Maigurov was elected unanimously - all 45 delegates of the extraordinary report-and-election conference supported his candidacy, RBU informs.

Vladimir Drachev resigned as president of the RBU the day before.
