Earthquake strikes Georgia

An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.5 has struck the area around the Georgian town of Oni. According to the Georgian emergency services, there were no victims or serious damage.

Earthquakes are not rare in the country. Two years ago a severe magnitude 6 earthquake struck the same region.
