Russia reopened for Turkey

"From July 29, Russian foreign missions in Turkey have resumed issuing all categories of visas to Turkish citizens and foreigners who have a residence permit in Turkey," the Russian diplomatic mission writes.
The embassy recalled that when applying for a visa, it is necessary to present the test result for COVID-19 of the sample established by the Turkish Ministry of Health. When crossing the Russian border, all arriving foreigners will be required to pass a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test, carried out no earlier than three days before arriving in Russia.
On July 27, the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) published the new rules for the entry of tourists to Turkey on its website. Russians will not need a visa and a certificate with a negative coronavirus test. Before passing through passport control, their temperature will be measured, only those tourists who will not have symptoms of COVID-19 will be allowed on board.
S7 Airlines said it resumes sales tickets from Moscow with the destination in Turkish cities of Antalya and Dalaman. Flights will restart from August 10.
