Over 27,000 Georgians suffer power cut

27,000 consumers in Georgia's Kakheti suffer from a power cut. Kvareli and Lagodekht Districts were left without power, Georgia Online reports.

The Energodistributsiya Kakheti reported that 5,000 people have no electricity due to an accident on the power lines caused by weather, 22,000 - due to maintenance works. Electricity will be back gradually.

The Energodistributsiya Kakheti said that villages of Sabatlo and Pirosmani of Dedoplistskarosky District will have maintenance activities on May 2, at 12.00-18.00.

Kvarelsky and Lagodekhsky municipalities will have maintenance on May 4, at 14.00-15.00. Industry of Gurdzhaani and villages of Gurdzhaani and Chumlaki will have maintenance for one hour as well.

The Sagaredzho-1 power plant will be shut down for the period.
