Russia needs guarantee that NATO missile defence system isn't a threat

Russian Foreign Minister said Moscow needs a guarantee that any NATO missile defence system in Europe is not a threat to Russia's security, RIA Novosti reports.

"In today's circumstances it necessary to proove that a NATO missile defence system is not intended to be used against Russia's nuclear weapons. This process should be quickened," a statement by Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reads.
