State guarantees to North Caucasus to reach 50 billion rubles

The total sum of Russian state guarantees to the North Caucasus will reach 50 billion rubles, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said at the government commission for socio-economic development of the North Caucasian Federal District in Yessentuki, RIA Novosti reports.
