Capital of North Ossetia flooded

Heavy rain and hail, which fell on Friday evening in Vladikavkaz, has caused flooding of basements of houses and traffic difficulties, the spokeswoman of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of North Ossetia, Julia Starchenko, told RIA Novosti .
 
Starchenko said that most of the heavy downpour hit the village of Yugnyi on the outskirts of Vladikavkaz.

She added that currently the fire brigades of the MOE are assisting emergency brigades in Vladikavkaz.
