Armenian troops again shell Barda (PHOTO)

By violating the humanitarian ceasefire regime, the Armenian Armed Forces shelled Azerbaijan’s Barda city by using 'Smerch' multiple rocket launchers, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said.

As a result of the strikes, 21 people were killed and more than 60 were wounded. Civilian infrastructure was damaged.
