There are no civilians in Karabakh, invaders confirm
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaArmenian politician Artak Beglaryan, portraying himself as the ombudsman of the fake NKR regime in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, announced today the figures for the evacuation of the civilian population from the combat zone, according to which there are no civilians left in Karabakh.
"I cannot say exactly how many people remained in Khankendi, but about 100 000 residents left their homes. Some left for other houses, and someone left for Armenia," RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
