5 billion more rubles needed for construction of Formula-1 track in Krasnodar territory

The Ministry of Regional Development has requested 5 billion more rubles as subsidies for construction of the Formula-1 track for the Grand Prix in Krasnodar Territory, Vedomosti reports.

The governor of Krasnodar Territory, Alexander Tkachyov, said that construction of the track will exceed $100 million.

Director General of the Omega center for construction technologies, Mikhail Kapirulin, noted that the 5 billion ruble sum is an estimate. The project will be studied and expenses will be determined in the autumn.
