Most Azerbaijani refugees wish to return to their homes

The liberation of the Azerbaijani territories has stimulated Azerbaijani refugees to start returning to their homes abandoned 30 years ago, Vestnik Kavkaza correspondent informs with a reference to the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced People.

Deputy Chairman of the State Committee Fuad Huseynov stressed that internally displaced people return to their lands voluntarily.

He also recalled that President Ilham Aliyev has repeatedly emphasized that the return of refugees to their native lands is one of the main goals of the fight against the occupation of Azerbaijani territories.
