The signing of the document took place almost at midnight. The video shows three white folders and pens placed on the table of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Opposite the table of the Russian leader is a screen showing the office of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. Ilham Aliyev has already settled down in his chair, after which Putin entered the office rapidly. Not having time to sit down at the table, he orders to start a video conference with Baku.
