Looters steal electric columns from Kelbajar

In Nagorno-Karabakh, on the eve of Kelbajar’s hand-over to Azerbaijan, Armenia wreaks havoc in the regional center.

Marauders even take away electric columns. Meanwhile, the Armenian side asked to extend the period for the withdrawal of troops from Kelbajar by 10 days.

An aide to the President of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev said that Baku agreed to a delay for Yerevan to withdraw troops from the Kelbajar region until November 25.
