Azerbaijani Civil Procedure Code to be amended

A bill on amending the Civil Procedure Code of Azerbaijan will be presented to the Azerbaijani Parliament soon, Trend reports.

Under the changes, the application will be pre-reviewed the composition of court, appointed by the Plenum of the Supreme Court and composed of five judges.
