Iran to spend $111 million on Kazvin-Astara railroad contruction

This year Iran is going to spend $111 on the construction of the Kazvin-Astara railroad, which is a part of the North-South project, Trend cites Farkhad Dalgpush, Iranian member of parliament.

According to Dalgpush, Iran held talks with Russia and China in order to attract investment. He said that a preliminary agreement with Russia has already been signed.
