Border guard dies in Dagestan

A servicemen of the FSB border control died in Dagestan in a shoot-out with militants on Thursday, RIA Novosti cites a local police source as saying.

The shoot-out started in a forest near the Echeda village of Tsumadinsky District at about 19.00. A major born in 1982 was shot dead.
