We must attack, Vitaly Balasanyan says

One of the executors of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and occupiers of the Azerbaijani territories, Vitaly Balasanyan, stressed the need to create a military dictatorship on the territory of the self-proclaimed ‘NKR’. He actually called for further destabilization of the post-war situation in the South Caucasus.

Thus, he reports that border troops will be created on the territory of the unrecognized ‘NKR’, as well as permanent formations of a ‘defense army’, which will be subordinate to the ‘Security Council’. Balasanyan noted that a contract reserve and a militia will be formed in the republic, while the militia will be subordinate to the ‘civil defense headquarters’. "We will have our own armed forces, a police structure with a reinforced battalion, the National Security Service with a reinforced battalion. We will set tasks for conducting anti-terrorist operations," Balasanyan said.

He admits that now there are no forces to implement the plans since they were defeated by the Azerbaijani army. However, according to him, this issue will be resolved through cash injections. "Everyone is obliged to serve. People will receive high salaries," Balasanyan explains, stressing that the army will further clarify, means ‘expand’, the boundaries of the self-proclaimed ‘NKR’.

He further states that the activities of the local police will be expanded. Its task will be to restore order among both local residents and peacekeepers. "From January 1, 2021, the police will severely punish all citizens who abuse alcohol or drugs. This also applies to Russian peacekeepers. They will be punished with the help of the head of the peacekeeping contingent, Rustam Muradov," he said.

It should be noted that despite saying that among Russian peacekeepers their commander, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov will be responsible for their behavior, Balasanyan says that the main role should be assigned to the armed forces of the fake ‘NKR’ regime.

In the context of his intention to destabilize the post-war situation in the South Caucasus, he declares the necessity of forming a new concept of information war by the fake ‘NKR’ regime. For this, a group of international technologists will be invited to the territory of the unrecognized ‘NKR’. ‘I have invited a group of international technologists here to work with us,” he says.

Thus, judging by the words of the executor of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, it is obvious that as long as the fake ‘NKR’ regime operates, its institutions are preserved, the terms of the trilateral agreement signed by the heads of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia will be systematically violated, since this the regime does not need a stable peace, but a new war.
