BP and Rosneft to continue talks on exchange of shares

BP and Russia’s Rosneft plan to continue negotiations on exchange of shares despite the lapse of the terms of the deal, BP reports.

BP plans to persuade THK-BP to acknowledge the fruitfulness of the exchange.
