Armenia confirms 62 new COVID-19 cases
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaCoronavirus cases in Armenia grew by 62 in the past 24 hours to 167,088, the republic’s Health Ministry reported.
"In the past twenty-four hours, 62 new coronavirus cases were identified. A total of 157,800 patients recovered from the illness," the ministry said in a statement.
Four more coronavirus patients died in hospitals in the past twenty-four hours, bringing the total number of fatalities in the republic to 3,084 over the entire pandemic period, the statement says.
To reveal the COVID-19 cases, 649,993 tests have been carried out in Armenia.
The Armenian government extended the coronavirus quarantine for another six months until July 11, 2021.
