Russia’s coronavirus cases grew by 11,534 in the past 24 hours, the total number of infected people has reached 4,234,720, the anti-coronavirus crisis center told reporters on Saturday, TASS reports.

According to the crisis center, the growth rate in relative terms stands at 0.27%.
