Canadian company sells share in Armenian oil and gas company

Canadian company Vangold Resources Limited has sold its share in the Armenian oil and gas company PEPSA, Tert.am reports.

The share was purchased by the Petro Novus AG, which now has a 75 per cent share in PEPSA. Petro Novus AG is registered in Switzerland.
