Car falls into canal in Armenia’s Ararat, 2 dead

At 10:56pm on Saturday, the Ararat provincial crisis management center received a call that the car had fallen into the canal of Noramarg village, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia, News.am reports.

It was found out that the car had turned over into the canal at the beginning of the village.

One of the people in the car had managed to get out.

The rescuers who arrived at the scene took the bodies of two persons out of the car, then removed the car from the canal with the help of special equipment.
