American congressman mocked Joe Biden for refusing to debate with Vladimir Putin

The debate between US President Joseph Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin will end as expected, not in Washington's favour, US Rep Matt Goetz said,  commenting on Biden's refusal to debate with Putin.

“Putin and Biden, it would not end like 'Rocky IV,' I don't think the American would prevail, ” Fox News quotes him as saying.
