The Penza region needs agricultural workers, doctors, health professionals and teachers. According to Penza officials, special conditions have been created for doctors. New employees will have significant supplements to wages, as well as fully provided housing conditions. The administration of the Penza regions provides special assistance for businessmen from among the unemployed. The candidates will receive a continuing education as well as grants worth from 300-500 thousand rubles.

The Ryazan region is need of agronomists, veterinarians, agricultural engineers, drivers, machine operators and livestock breeders. Head of the Labor Migration Office of the Employment Department of the Voronezh region, Vladimir Krivosheev stressed that the region needs employees not only to work in rural areas as livestock producers, machine operators, assemblers of apples, agronomists, teachers and doctors, but also in the city to work as builders, turners and fitters for aviation enterprises, as well as trolley drivers.
