Special presidential envoy of Iran arrives in Baku

Mohammad Reza Sheybani, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Middle East Affairs, and special presidential envoy, is on a visit to Baku, Trend cites the press-secretary of the Iranian embassy as saying.

Sheybani plans to discuss bilateral and international cooperation in Baku.
