Hungarian Wizz Air, Kazakh FlyArystan to carry out flights from Georgia's Kutaisi airport

Hungarian airline Wizz Air and Kazakh airline FlyArystan will carry out regular flights from Georgia's western Kutaisi airport starting April and May, the Georgian Ministry of Economy said.

Wizz Air will carry out the first flight on April 18 from Kutaisi to Warsaw and Vilnius, while from May it will add Riga and Dortmund flights as well. 

"From June 13 Wizz Air will gradually resume flights to 13 destination of the Europe," Agenda.ge cited the ministry as saying.

In addition, from May Kazakhstan's low-cost airline company FlyArystan will start operations on the Georgian market.

Aktau, Atyrau and Nur-Sultan are the three new flight destinations that FlyArystan will perform from Kutaisi airport. The flights per each direction will be carried out from May 2 two times a week.
