OSCE to monitor Armenian, Azerbaijani forces

Monitoring will be carried out at the so-called contact line between Armenian and Azerbaijani armed forces near the Giziloba village in the Tartar region of Azerbaijan on May 13. The monitoring will be held under a mandate of the OSCE head's special envoy, reports Trend, citing the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.
