Karachay-Cherkessia expects heavy rain

Karachay-Cherkessia expects heavy rain in the next three hours, which
may cause traffic problems, RIA Novosti cites a spokeswoman of the
regional directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry Bela
Cherkesova.

The ministry says that there may be power cuts, roof damage, falling
trees and agriculture problems.
