Russia's envoy on anti-missile defense to visit Turkey

Moscow wants to send an envoy to Turkey to talk about its concerns over NATO’s failure to guarantee that the anti-missile defense project will not threaten Russia’s security, Hurriyet Daily News reports.

Dmitry Rogozin, Russia’s envoy to NATO, is going to visit Turkey before the meeting of NATO countries' defense ministers next month.
