Today Russia marks a sad day – 80 years since the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. “The Candle of Memory” took place at midnight in the square in front of the Victory Museum at Poklonnaya Gora. Participants of the action lit 1418 candles – one for every day of the war. Candles formed a fiery picture of war that said: “Moscow remembers.”
